The Sony Ericsson Walkman phones are amongst the most popular models available at the moment, and one of the best in terms of both features and looks is the W850i. By connecting to the internet via a high speed GPRS link, you can download files quickly, and access your email and messenger service easily and without any problems. The phone is capable of reading most file formats including Microsoft office files, although some will require a software download that is widely available from the Sony Ericsson website.

The Sony Ericsson W850i has an impressive battery life, offering around 400 hours on standby, and talk time of approximately 9 hours, although if you listen to a great deal of music, you will probably get a lot less time from the phone.

If you love music, and want a phone that works well as a music player, then this is a good choice, and will act very well as a mobile under most circumstances. It is widely available as a free upgrade, and is a popular choice with anyone who looks for quality and flexibility.
