This is one of the most serious potential hazards and may have tragic results for the countrys national security and economic excellence. If the trend of outsourcing and offshoring remains stable, then the lessening number of jobs and decrease of wages will take place, which will definitely retain several Americas talented young people from studying science and engineering.

One more adverse effect of outsourcing and offshoring can lie in the loss of intellectual property and exportation of personal data, which may include medical and credit card information. As long as the laws in the USA, which protect personal data, are applied only within the country, the government, organizations and usual citizens may become contingent on foreign laws. These all negative effects of outsourcing and offshoring can probably make the involved instituted develop new measures in order to prevent the economy of the USA from the downfall.
