OK, so youve probably seen headlines like that before, youve probably even read articles that promise to give you the secrets to creating floods of traffic for your site.

Well Im going to give you the fool-proof plan for creating a site that sticks.

One that attracts swathes of visitors and one that, crucially, people will return to time and again.

Why are so many people struggling to attain good numbers of traffic to their site?

The simple answer is theyre not sticking with the PLAN!

Heres a simple guide to endless, free traffic to your website, no matter what the topic or niche.

1. Do Your Research before you even put up a webpage; gather a large list of keywords on your chosen niche next write an article on each keyword (preferably around 500 words long) or even better get someone else to write it for you!

2. Get A Domain Name dont use keyword domains, these were fashionable for a while but its better to give your site some type of branding (i.e. Overture).

3. Make Your Site Swift & Neat sounds obvious but the simple the better, the longer the loading time, the more likely your visitor will be inclined to click away.

4. Add One Page Of Content Per Day and make sure its ORIGINAL CONTENT! But more than that, make sure its enjoyable to read and informative, write in a way that enlightens the reader while at the same time putting some of your personality into the text. After all, its your personality (be it in the design as well as the content of the site) that will separate your site from a hundred other identikit sites. Be different and you will be successful.

5. Cross Link Within Your Site make sure you link to other pages within your site that are relevant to each other. This spreads out the value of your site rather than having merely one high-ranking page.

6. Submit & Forget submit once to the search engines Google, Teoma etc. then forget about it!

7. Get Those Links try and swap a handful of links to your site each week. Also list your site in numerous directories.

8. Submit Articles and dont forget your web address in the authors box. This helps to get your site name strewn across the net in places you simply wouldnt have thought of before.

9. Keep Adding That Content - remember one page a day. And make it your own!

10. Move On To Your Next Site Keep working on your old site but all the while start thinking about and planning your next one. Get a handful of sites each bringing in a few dollars a day and before you know it its goodbye to the 9 to 5.

So thats a pretty brief overview but I guarantee it works.

Its entirely possible to concentrate on building, say, 30 sites with the method above.

Add affiliate links and adsense blocks and you will have a very profitable income stream.

Give the tax cuts to the income levels that have the largest number of people so that it would have a direct impact on the economy through sheer volume of consumers. I feel that lower income tax has the potential for more sales tax collected in states that have a sales tax. There is no guarantee that each individual or family will spend the money coming from the tax break.

Tax cut suggestions for personal income:

Give the tax cuts to the low, moderate and lower middle income levels in an attempt to boost spending in those income levels.
Give tax breaks individuals in higher tax brackets when they have made a real commitment when giving a decent living wage to people that work for them if they guarantee to pass a portion of the tax break onto their employees.

When it comes to corporate tax cuts I feel that they should be given to the companies that are noted as having the most potential of creating jobs and that offer affordable products with in the lower income levels. They cant be just handed out to companies; they should be tied to certain conditions that cannot be skirted. If you think about it the more people who can afford the products offered whether needed or discretionary translates to higher profits for companies, which translates to more corporate taxes being collected even if the tax rate is lower.

Suggestions for corporate tax cuts:

Actual permanent job creation
Strategic job placement in communities that need and want those types of jobs when ever and where ever possible to help the targeted consumers.
Take a proactive role in education.
Provide better pricing with out compromising the companys ability to be profitable

Permanent job creation means that an individual is going to be a steady taxpayer and would reduce the need for various benefits that the state and federal governments would have to dispense.

Unfortunately not every community is open to certain jobs even though the jobs would be helpful in the community. This is why I said strategic job placement in communities. What I mean by this is look at each community individually and see what the community needs. Then look at the type of jobs needed by the different companies and then place those jobs in communities that are willing to accept.

Even though an education is guaranteed by the constitution, everyone gains from an educated workforce. It should be in best interest of both government and the private sector to make sure that people have the education that would be needed for the workforce.

Jobs cant be created if there is a lack of demand due to a lack of people being able to afford the products or services and jobs cant be created if people can afford the products or services if there isnt an educated work force to produce those products or to provide those services.

Engaging in anal sex can also spread the virus, leading to lesions on the buttocks and anus. Another way that it can be transmitted is by masturbation. If you touch your partner and then touch yourself, you can contract genital herpes as well.

The ways to contract the disease are endless. If you knowingly carry the virus, then its your job to be educated on herpes transmission. It is your duty to protect those around you, and it is important to protect yourself. If you suffer from herpes in any way, it is important to remember that you can still maintain a fulfilling and active personal and sexual life. Picture yourself entering a corporate meeting, team meeting, or business meeting. There you are sitting in the room, while someone in the expert or boss chair speaks to you or at you. There you are, not aligned with that persons mission or vision. There you are, feeling apart from the process. There you are, lacking energy and the desire for being there. There you are, hearing what is going wrong and what you or your team or department needs to change or improve. How are you feeling?

Are you feeling a great connection to the meeting? Are you feeling enthusiastic about being in attendance at the meeting? Are you fully present at the meeting? Are you deeply tuned in and listening with your heart and your head? Are you inspired to co-create, participate, and contribute? Or, are you ready to fall asleep, or count the minutes of what you feel is wasted time?

My experience in my two plus decades of being in business and in coaching business clients around the world is that the system of meetings, clearly, must change. Most meetings dont include participant involvement and actually serve to tune people out rather than tune them in, and as a result, the intention of the meeting falls short of its purpose. In other words, they really can be a waste of precious company time.

The process of Meeting Alignment, that weve been teaching companies around the world, has allowed them to use a systematic process that engages people in meetings and creates a desire for them to contribute and fully participate in these business meetings.

The Meeting Alignment Process and the results it creates include:

A desire to co-create: The purpose of a meeting isnt to get across your agenda; it shifts to sharing your thoughts and hearing fully the thoughts and ideas of others to co-create the meeting purpose and actions.

Deep tuning in: Most meetings involve people talking and listening to themselves. The Meeting Alignment Process teaches people to fully listen with their hearts and to listen beyond the words to what is not said, to emotions, and to fully hear others.

The Meeting Alignment Process teaches techniques of being non-judgmental, so that people can fully hear and support each other and let new ideas IN vs. rule out and defend against why things wont work. It produces a safe environment in which people feel encouraged to participate.

Non-attachment: Many people think meetings are about a specific outcome occurring the meeting holders outcome thats a surefire way to alienate people and result in them NOT wanting to support you. The Meeting Alignment Process allows for each person to give up their outcome and allows the meeting and solutions to unfold for the good of the entire group.

Whats wrong: Most meetings focus on problems, fixing problems, or informing people of change. The meeting needs to come from a place of asking what IS working and involve what IS the right type questions. These questions form the basis of creating a positive energy flow and opening up creativity. Its the basic principle of encouraging a sense of positivity rather than negativity.

Framework of questions: Questions in this process focus on what is working, why it works, what would be the perfect ideal vision, and what isnt quite right yet, and then, coming up with resources and inspired actions to create the outcome of the meeting.

Feel good! When people attend a meeting where EVERY idea is praised and contributions rewarded and people thanked and really appreciated for their contributions, this raises self-esteem, confidence, and morale. People want to participate in meetings that make them feel good, not only about the company they work for, but about themselves and their role in it.

This process is effective in all companies and will work with all size groups. It requires a shift in the employer and leaders thinking, from managing and bossing and telling to coaching and co-creating and sharing. The effect is profound. People treated with value and respect, rise up to challenges. They are more excited to solve problems, participate in the mission and vision of the company, and create more productivity. They feel that the companys success is their success. It motivates them to greater achievement.
